**Single most useful missing piece:** Claude RM-06 `roover-hero-animation.html` (1.53 MB, three.js, 10/30/45s, Penshurst). Codex 64 is now on disk. The Claude cinematic cut is the remaining film that still lives only on a private GitHub branch (`claude/roover-hero-animation-hl462o`) — not in Downloads, not in the named Codex/ChatGPT estates, not on this box.
